Ice Cream Party Celebrating Iran's 1,000 Hangings

Iran hanged over 1,000 people in the past year and a half. On April 29, 2015, David Keyes, executive director of Advancing Human Rights, threw an ice cream party outside of the Iranian foreign ministers speech at NYU to celebrate this milestone. Mr. Zarif and his deputy foreign ministers didn't seem too hungry. Which dictator should David punk next?
