Dear Secretary-General of the United Nations Mr. Antonio Guterres,
We, the people of Iran
apartheid-like, undemocratic, and untransparent Islamic Republic of Iran (Mullas regime) do not represent the Iranian people. Therefore, the current corrupt Islamic Republic of Iran does not hold any legitimacy in regards to forming any treaties and contracts on behalf of the Iranian people. Precious natural resources and intergenerational equality hang in the balance of the current Islamic Republic of Iran's skewed ideological and strategic goals. All treaties and contracts are only valid after a transparent United Nations referendum which includes adequate information given to the Iranian people about the purpose of the referendum. This includes any short-term and/or long-term treaties or contracts regarding, for example, leasing part of, or an entire region, such as Iranian oil fields, Kish island to China, and part of the Caspian sea to Russia in the north of Iran. All of these potentialities are not acceptable by the Iranian people. We, the people of Iran would like to preserve our rights in the aim of defending our national interests after the current - Mullas - apartheid regime has been formally dissolved.
